1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Family Membership Program (the “Program”). By subscribing to or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The Program is offered by STYLEITALIANO ENDO SRL (the “Company”), located at Via Algardi 13 – 20148 Milano (MI), Italy. The Program is designed to provide exclusive access to educational content, events, and resources for members (“Members”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Program is open to dentists, dental professionals, and any other individuals who meet the membership criteria specified by the Company.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse membership at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where individuals do not meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Membership Benefits
3.1 By joining the Program, Members will receive access to the following benefits (subject to availability and as determined by the Company):
- Exclusive access to webinars, videos, and other educational content.
- Special invitations to in-person events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Discounts or promotional offers on related services and products.
- Early access to announcements and updates on new content, events, and initiatives.
3.2 Membership benefits may vary and will be updated periodically. The Company will notify Members of any significant changes to the benefits provided.
4. Membership Fees
4.1 The Membership fee for the Program is €10 if payed monthly or €97,92 if payed on a yearly base and is due upon joining the Program.
4.2 Fees may be paid on a monthly, annual, or other periodic basis as determined by the Company.
4.3 Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company terminates the Program or under circumstances outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
5. Account Management
5.1 Members are responsible for keeping their account details, including their login credentials, secure and confidential.
5.2 The Company is not responsible for any unauthorized access to a Member’s account due to failure to protect login credentials.
6. Membership Termination
6.1 A Member may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to the Company. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate a Member’s membership at any time, without notice, if the Member breaches any of the Terms and Conditions.
6.3 In the event of membership termination, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
7.1 All content provided through the Program, including but not limited to videos, webinars, articles, and other educational materials, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws.
7.2 Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content provided, but they may not distribute, reproduce, or modify the content without express permission from the Company.
8. Conduct and Behavior
8.1 Members must behave respectfully and professionally in all interactions with other members, instructors, and the Company. The Company reserves the right to remove any Member from the Program for inappropriate behavior.
8.2 The Company is not responsible for any interactions between Members that occur outside of the official Program channels.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Program, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.2 The Company’s total liability to any Member under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by the Member for the Membership during the preceding 12-month period.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 The Company will collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By joining the Program, Members consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Company’s privacy policy.
10.2 The Company will take reasonable steps to protect the privacy and security of personal data, but cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures in place.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
11.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
